Expectations
We love zooming with students and try to be flexible and accommodating to the needs of our students and parents. Many of our zooms also offer on-demand, self-paced versions of the class. We understand wanting to attend an event and actually making it to an event is sometimes challenging, so we try to provide options for those unexpected circumstances that arise. If you are unable to make a zoom with us, reach out…we will invite you to attend the next one or will offer the class on-demand if that option is available.
To be fair to our students, parents and Vine Images, INC employees, our zoom policies and rules are enforced. We do not offer refunds for noncompliant students/customers.
- Our events are not “drop off” events. Please have a parent or guardian attend with your student to monitor behavior and provide help when needed. Any student being disrespectful will be removed from the zoom without a refund.
- We do not accept late arrivals. This is very distracting for our students who showed up on-time, are pre-pared and ready to learn. All yoga zooms are prepared in sequence and would be dangerous for students to start in the middle of a session without having proper guidance and warming up first. We do not offer refunds for no show or late arrivals.
- Check your time zone. We are located in Virginia, EST, Eastern Standard Time. Our 7pm may not be your 7pm.
- You must turn your cameras on. We try to provide interactive, social zooms and that is not possible viewing blank screens. It is also a security issue. We want to know your child is participating with us and accounts have not been hacked. We will remove students from the zoom who do not turn cameras on and refunds will not be issued.
- Come pre-pared. Some events will required supplies. A list will be provided.
